If you wish to verify/correct the details you have submitted to Viamed Ltd you can do so at any time by logging in and going to ‘My Account’ or by contacting us via the e-mail, telephone or post. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser`s password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.

2.1 Paying through a credit / debit card

Payments made on-line by credit or debit card are handled on behalf of Viamed through PayPal payment service. Viamed does not receive your card details. PayPal use SSL (Secure Server Layer) Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from our website. This ensures the privacy of your card details during transmission. The security of the website can be confirmed by the presence of the security icon in your browser.

2.2 Paying through your account

Some of our customers can pay through an online account, whereby an invoice for the items will be sent to the confirmed purchasing department. Because fraud is an issue with online trading it is important that invoice and delivery addresses match our information that we hold about your business. We perform various checks to ensure that delivery addresses for our customers are confirmed prior to setting up your online account. Your account details are not stored online.

3.0 Communication & Marketing

When registering with Viamed Ltd you are asked if you want to be kept informed of new products etc. If you give your consent, in the registering process, we will contact you with regards to news and developments which we think may be of interest to you, such as new products or special offers.

3.1 Opting out of Communication

All Viamed Ltd registered users have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails, postal, telephone) from us we recommend you opt-out by visiting ‘Edit My Details’ in ‘My Account’ on the Viamed website. You can access ‘My Account’ once you register and login. Simply register/login to Viamed Ltd and you can then tailor the communications (emails, postal, telephone) you would like to receive.
