The Tom Thumb incorporates an adjustable valve to allow the user to set the maximum pressure to be delivered. An additional emergency blow-off valve, factory set to a predefined level, provides additional safety.

The Tom Thumb is supplied complete with a 1m or 3m oxygen hose for connection to a wall oxygen outlet, alternatively a version with a low pressure inlet is available for use with an existing flow meter.
